Eco-Bags Products, Inc. takes pride in its commitment to transparency, green business practices and a sincere dedication to improving the condition of the environment. We’ve been supplying to the natural products industry since 1989, promoting high quality, sustainable and trustworthy products for nearly 20 years.
We applaud all efforts to reduce the consumption of single-use disposable bags. The last 18 months have been amazing. We've witnessed a sea change in attitudes, with legislation cropping up all over the country and individuals realizing that they can do one simple thing to positively impact on the environment. ECOBAGS® has been here all along, offering fair wage & fair labor products in natural, recycled & certified organic fibers as well as developing some of the most eco-positive offerings in emerging alternative materials such as 100% PET.
Our history in the marketplace and dedication to transparency is earning our company recognition and accolades in the press. This past July ECOBAGS® was featured in TIME Magazine in an article titled, “String Theory,” which spoke to our commitment to “Clean Up The Planet One Bag At A Time™". In August 2008 we were featured on NPR’s “Morning Edition”; I sat down with Amy Costello and discussed what the market has been like for ECOBAGS® and why consumers should be wary of the cheaper reusable bags flooding the marketplace. We were also included in the recent Wall Street Journal article, which addressed the BYO Bag trend. The media is taking its cues from the public and driving the sustainability message; we're delighted to be considered leaders in this movement.
