Orders shipping UPS Ground or USPS:
Orders mostly ship within 24-48 hours. Orders placed Sat or Sun. ship 24-48 once they're processed on Monday

Orders shipping via UPS AIR: If you choose an air or expedited shipping method such as UPS Red or Blue service, please bear in mind your order will still NOT ship the same day you place the order; your order will leave our warehouse the next day. NOTE: If you live in UPS Zone 2 and choose UPS as your ship method, your shipment will take 2 days to reach you. All other UPS Zones take 2+ business days. You can learn what zone you're in by going to www.ups.com

Our standard shipping choices are based on UPS When you click on "estimate shipping" our system is calculating with UPS. If you need to ship out of the contiguous United States, to a P.O. Box, or just want to use US Mail, please choose US Mail at checkout. Rates for the 48 states will be similar to UPS Ground; rates for Hawaii & Alaska and Europe will be much less. Rates for Canada or Europe will also be much less. Please note that our minimum shipping charge is $6.48 and applies to all orders whether they are shipping USPS or UPS.

The minimum charge for USPS to Canada and Europe is $13.98 (this is based on a minimum weight). Please note processing of international orders will take 48-72 hours and recalculation of the charges may occur. We will notify you of any changes before processing your credit card and sending the order. We ship USPS to Canada & overseas, unless requested otherwise. This is not a trackable service. We may require using USPS International Express. If you need a customs broker for Canada please call.

We do our best to keep shipping charges to a minimum; our rates are based on UPS and warehouse charges. This site uses a real-time integration feature with UPS, so charges to you are exactly what UPS charges us. Our warehouse is a state-of-the-art fulfillment center that has a minimum charge of $3.00 for anything they pack. We charge a flat $3.00 handling to you and absorb any other costs into our operating expenses in order to keep shipping as low as possible. This does mean, however, that ordering a single product from our site may cost more in shipping than the cost of the product! Your best bet is to create an order that will serve your needs for years to come, and/or consider buying for your friends at the same time.

OVERSEAS CUSTOM CHARGES:
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. You, as the purchaser, are responsible for all related customs clearance and duty assessed. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from www.ecobags.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

To have your order shipped for $4.99 FLAT rate, do the following.

• Fill shopping cart with items.
• Proceed to the Check Out.
• Proceed to "Shipping Method".
• Select "Carrier (more)"
• Select "FLAT Rate (RETAIL, No Coupons)".
• You will see the word "FLAT!" next to the selection above.

Your order must meet the following criteria.

• The order must be placed between:
  7:00PM, 3-August-2010 EDT and 12:00PM, 10-September-2010 EDT.
• No wholesale orders. They will be shipped at the UPS Ground Rate.
• The order must be shipping to a location in the 48 contiguous United States where UPS Ground delivers. E.g., UPS Ground does not deliver to PO Boxes.
• APO/FPO addresses only using a United States ZIP Code only.
• This offer does not apply to custom printed items.
